My name is Rick Clarke and I co-ordinate Suffolk Fire and Rescue Ceremonial Team. Over the last ten months, my team and I have been at your factory in Harwich being measured and fully fitted out for new ceremonial uniforms. I would like to say a massive thank you not only to you but to Katie and her team also. From the start of this fantastic journey, we have been made to feel extremely welcome. Nothing has been too much, even at times when it might have been a little frustrating in our dithering to decide what and how to have it.
