Goods are usually dispatched within 2-7 working days if they are available in stock. Bespoke items may take up to 6 weeks and is annotated clearly within the product description.

In the case of not having them in stock, we will inform you the revised dispatch date via e-mail or telephone.

All delivery charges are shown during your ordering process; delivery options include standard delivery using Royal Mail 1st Class post.

You may return unused Goods to us for a full refund up to 30 days after delivery so long as they are not Bespoke Goods, they will not have been worn or altered in any way, are still in the original packaging and are otherwise fit to be returned to stock.

The reasons for returning a Product to us:
because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period. We will process any refund due to you, as soon as possible having received the returned Product, and in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Because you claim that the Product is defective, we will examine the returned Product and, if we are satisfied that the Product is defective, provide a full replacement or, where this is not possible because of discontinuance or other non-availability of stock, we will provide you with a full refund (including a refund of delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us) as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product.

For any other reason, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

All goods when returned should be in either the original packaging or packaging of a similar nature to ensure that returned items are not damaged during transit.
