Samuel Brothers (St. Paul’s) Ltd, is seeking Sewing Machinists to work in our factor in Harwich.
To make garments from cut work within a busy workroom environment, using a variety of sewing machines.
- Sewing garments
- Hand sewing (basic)
- Prepareing machine by changing needles and thread; securing attachments
- Braiding
- Using other types of machines (for example) Basting, Zig-Zag, Blind Hemmer, Overlocker, Button Hole Machine, Pressing Equipment
- Maintains quality by inspecting finished product/ work
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, business code of ethics and other company requirements
- Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required
